The Pakistan cricket team toured South Africa between middle of December 2018 and February 2019 to play three Tests, five One Day Internationals (ODIs) and three Twenty20 International (T20I) matches. The ODI series were part of both teams' preparation for the 2019 Cricket World Cup.

South Africa's Boxing Day Test (December 26) was held at SuperSport Park in Centurion for the first time.

South Africa won 3-match Test series by 3-0. South Africa won 5-match ODI series by 3-2. And South Africa also won the T20I series 2-1.

During the second ODI, Pakistan's skipper Sarfraz Ahmed was gotten on the stump mics making a bigot remark towards Andile Phehlukwayo. Sarfraz played in the third ODI coordinate, yet was then suspended by the International Cricket Council (ICC) for the following four matches, missing the last two ODIs and the initial two T20Is of the visit. Shoaib Malik was named as the commander for the fourth and fifth ODIs and the T20I arrangement.
