Ranch: A day after he completed five years in ODI, Team India Captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni on Thursday paid obeisance at the Deodi temple, about 50 km from from Ranchi.
Dhoni, who visits the temple whenever he is at home, made his ODI debut against Bangladesh on December 23, 2004.
"He paid obeisance as he had completed five years in the ODI," a temple priest told newsmen.
Now serving a two-match ban in the ongoing ODI series against Sri Lanka, Dhoni played his first Test against Sri Lanka and completed four years in the longer version on December two.
