Dhaka: Bangladesh have announced their squads for the tour of Zimbabwe where they will face them in a one-off Test, three ODIs and as many T20Is at the Harare Sports Club.
Bangladesh all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan, who missed the Sri Lanka Tests in April, will make a comeback for the one-off Test, which kicks off the tour on 7 July.
The injured Tamim Iqbal, Mushfiqur Rahim, and Taskin Ahmed who are not a part of the currently ongoing Dhaka Premier League are expected to be fit for the tour.
Soumya Sarkar and Mahedi Hasan have been dropped from the ODIs, which form a part of the ICC Men's Cricket World Cup Super League, while Rubel Hussain and Taijul Islam return to the mix.
The young all-rounder, Shamim Hossain, is the latest addition to the Bangladesh T20I squad while Aminul Islam also finds a spot.
