Brisbane: Australia have made three changes to their team for the second cricket test against India starting in Brisbane on Wednesday.
Australia confirming that young fast bowler Josh Hazlewood will make his debut alongside the recalled left-arm quick Mitchell Starc. The young duo will take the places of Ryan Harris (soreness) and Peter Siddle while batsman Shaun Marsh will take Michael Clarke's place in what will be Steven Smith's first Test in charge of the Australian team.
Hazlewood, 23, was called back into the ODI squad to face South Africa after a sizzling performance in Australia's domestic one-day competition where he was the second-highest wicket-taker.
He was in the squad for the Adelaide Test but was not picked as the selectors opted for the Ashes-winning trio of Harris, Siddle and Mitchell Johnson.
Starc, 24, last featured during the series defeat in the UAE to Pakistan. He took four wickets in the last Sheffield Shield round for New South Wales.
Shaun Marsh has been named alongside younger brother Mitchell, with stand-in skipper Smith to bat at No 4.
Australia won the opening Test by 48 runs.
