West Indies to Host Australia for Two Tests in 2015

Sydney: Australia will play two Tests in the Caribbean next summer in the lead-up to their defence of the Ashes in England.

The West Indies Cricket Board (WICB) announced the fixtures on Monday, allotting the two Tests for the Sir Frank Worrell Trophy to Dominica and Jamaica.

The tour will not have any limited-overs matches owing to Australia's crammed international calendar. A three-day tour match in Antigua will precede the first Test starting June 5.

West Indies have not reclaimed the Sir Frank Worrell Trophy since 1995 when Mark Taylor's Australia won it. In fact, since 2000 they have beaten Australia just once, in Antigua in 2003.

Australia are currently ranked second in the ICC's Test table while West Indies languish at No. 8 from a total of 10 teams.
