Scotland named a provisional 24-man squad for the 2015 World Cup with Preston Mommsen leading the side and Kyle Coetzer named as vice-captain.
Mommsen led Scotland to victory in the ICC Cricket World Cup qualifiers that were played at the Bert Sutcliffe Oval in Lincoln in February 2014.
In the final against UAE, Mommsen smashed 139 and helped them to victory by 41 runs. He was the second highest run-getter with 520 runs at an average of 86.66. The squad will be trimmed down to 15 on January 07.
