Mumbai: Dwayne Smith (50 and 2/8) did a fine job with both the bat and the ball while Dhawal Kulkarni (3/19) and Harbhajan Singh (2/21) came up with superb spells to help Mumbai to a comprehensive 58 run win.

Chasing a massive 195-run target, Royal Challengers Bangalore lost wickets at regular intervals against Mumbai Indians, which proved instrumental in their losing the match.

Kulkarni dismissed Dilshan in the sixth over after RCB openers Dilshan and Gayle failed to provide a quick start for Bangalore as they managed just 35 runs in 5.4 overs.

Electing to bat, Dwayne Smith, Dinesh Karthik and Kieron Pollard came up with brisk knocks to power Mumbai Indians to 194/7.
