Johannesburg: South Africa have won the toss and elected to bat against Pakistan in first Test at Johannesburg on Friday.
Graeme Smith would lead his side in a record 100th Test as South Africa take on Pakistan.
Rahat Ali and Nasir Jamshed are make his Test debuts for Pakistan.
Smith says "It might be a bit tough in the morning". He then jokes that he should have protected himself as an opener, but thinks the cracks in the pitch will start playing a big role as the match progresses.
Misbah said "It was a difficult decision at the toss, we were going to bat if I had won the toss. The youngsters are pulling in their weight, the team has played as per expectations. We are hoping for a good show, really looking forward to see Junaid Khan bowl in these conditions."
