Port Elizabeth: New Zealand were 47-6 at stumps on the second day of the second and final Test against South Africa at St George's Park on Saturday, chasing the home side's first innings of 525-8 declared.
New Zealand were reeling at 47 for six at the close, a massive 478 behind South Africa's first innings total of 525 for eight declared, needing another 279 to avoid the follow on.
