Colombo: New Zealand have won the toss and elected to bat first in the final Test at the P Sara Oval against Sri Lanka on Sunday.
Both teams made just one change each. New Zealand dropped the the allrounder James Franklin, who appeared lackluster with bat and ball in Galle, and replaced him the legspinning allrounder Todd Astle, making his debut.
Sri Lanka made the one expected change, bringing in Tillakaratne Dilshan, who missed the Galle Test due to injury. Dimuth Karunaratne, who made a half-century on debut, had to make way for him.
